麵團材料
溫水 125毫升
糖 1/2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
快速乾酵母 1茶匙
橄欖油 3茶匙
麵包粉 200g

麵團做法
1. 將溫水和糖混合至糖溶解,再加入酵母中,並在溫暖的地方放置5至10分鐘,直到起泡。
2. 然後加入橄欖油中攪拌。
3. 篩入麵包粉和鹽,然後將酵母混合物倒入乾燥的原料中,使麵團等待一會,變成有彈性的麵團,大約5至10分鐘,然後滾成球形。
4. 把碗抹一層油,用保鮮膜蓋上蓋子,放在溫暖的地方瀝乾45至60分鐘,或者直到大小翻倍。
5. 用多餘的麵粉輕輕擦拭乾淨的工作表面,使麵團呈橢圓形並形成圓形。

配料
磨菇3個
菠蘿片 2片
火腿/胡椒粉1包
番茄醬1杯
薄餅做法
1. 用叉子戳薄餅麵團,使麵團中多餘的空氣排出。
2. 將番茄醬塗在比薩麵團上。
3. 加入一些芝士,將配料放在上面。
4. 在配料上再放更多芝士。
5. 預熱焗爐200度,焗20分鐘即成。
